Discover the faith – membership preparation
Whether you are new to the Christian faith, new to the Lutheran Church or new to St Paul’s, we encourage you to undertake membership preparation, with the view of being welcomed into membership. What you do in the new membership preparation will depend on whether you have little to no church background, and are transferring from another Lutheran church or another Christian denomination. Please contact Pastor Richard 02 9331 1822 or pastor@stpaulssydney.org to arrange an appointment to discuss membership preparation.
Children, kid's church and Sunday school
Children are an important part of our congregation. Every Sunday we aim to have a children’s talk, provide activity sheets related to what we are talking about in worship and we often sing a children’s song. During school terms, our Sunday school meets during the sermon, exploring the stories of God in a way the children can understand. Youth
Young people are encouraged to grow in their faith by undertaking confirmation, attending worship, assisting with worship and meeting with each other. Look out for our next meeting times for youth events.

Bruce, Virginia and Jimmy serve us as pastoral assistants. They are willing to listen to you, pray for you, share some of God’s comforting words with you, arrange for you to have Holy Communion in your home (if you are unable to come to worship), and visit you.
